Still in the bar, we can’t take over the resturant area of Best Western until 10:30PM and unfortunately I don’t see that changing. Luckily, we have the singles tourney edjge is setting up for everyone @ UW.
@cloudfan - certainly still have room so far. I’d like to get atleast 16 for SF4 and actually have some of the SF4 people show up this time.

theres huge banquets going on in the hotel that night and im not 100% sure if theyre going be having their own personal bar. if they dont, then they will be occupying the bar area. just a heads up.
and if this goes down, it NEEDs to be 21+. fae can lose her job, the hotel can get fined, and i WILL be told to shut it down. ive been hearing a buzz that the whole event should be 21+ and im trying to fight that. just making sure no one breaks any of the rules.

if you didnt hear, the bar opens at 5 and will be open to run a tournament/casuals. banquet should not interfere cuz they have their own bar this time. 21+ only tho. apparently theres an extra tv or 2 but plan on bringing setups anyways just in case we dont know where the hell it is. try not to bomb on fae all at once!
book drive still going, and theyre also doing a canned food drive if you’d rather do that or you could just spend money. its whatever. i can bring a dc with 2 sticks or my snes for shits and giggles

Is anyone already set on bringing a console + sticks for SF4/T6?
I’ll be bringing a 360, as usual I would kind of prefer people bring their own sticks, but I won’t be torn apart to let people use my stick. If KoreanFrank can bring his PS3 setup again, that would be really great. I would like to try and get a tourneygoing, but at the same time we have that singles tourney tomorrow so we might end up just doing casuals.
I’m planning on showing up at 7:30 or 8:00 - I’ll print out some brackets that we can use, if someone is there sooner and could start guaging interest in a tourney and how many people we have that would be awesome. At the very least I will get some casuals going tonight. If KoreanFrank is bringing his setup, I’d really like to see atleast one more TV/360 setup so that if we do a tourney we can get things going quickly.
