Last year with the help of the community, we managed to pull in all the TVs and equipment we required (AND not lose any) and now I’m calling for assistance again to help T9 run in perfect shape.

Quan & I (to a certain degree) have agreed to help transport your equipment if you’re are one without a decent means of transportation to the venue.

If you would like to bring in something that is not on the required list please feel free to donate whatever you can.

What is required:

Games (MVC2, 3S, CVS2, A3, ST, ETC)
TVS - Not including Casuals
DCs (Goal reached. Any new additions will be used for casual)
PS2’s
PS2 -> DC adapters ? as many as we can get
USB PS2 for PC Adapters - as many as we can get

I’m interested in hosting AHF. I’d be sitting there the whole time recording matches anyway, so I’d might as well host it, too. I’ve never hosted a tournament before, though, so if AHF is good to go, I’d appreciate tips on things like:

  • how to make sure everyone who wants to play has registered (like going around asking people, etc.)
  • how to make/seed the brackets
  • what order to have the matches played in
