People need to really look at this and stop looking at the hitstun reset on f.hk. I actually think I posted about it originally in the Q&A thread. The setup works, period. Primary mixup with the rose should be designed around a guessing game established with just this main string as the groundwork. It the short hits, you just linked into fat damage AND moved back in, it’s about as free as confirms get. That doesn’t work, you throw in a throw after the f.mk, condition them for SSB bait the next time. It seriously gives Duds more than just a high-low game, it forces a seriously multi-layered mixup, especially on DP-less characters.

yeah, I did insanity and lost 30pounds off it, sprinting>>>Jogging for losing body fat. you will bulk up and lose weight simultaneously, don’t ask “how” just trust me on this cause that’s how I did it and it helped my performance sky rocket.

But make sure you do a light jog and light stretching before beginning the sprint workout.

for your case you want to lose body fat more then gain but muscle but you still want muscle gain, then I say sprinting is what will make you happy in the end. give it 1 month of this and see what happens.

Before you start your sprint workout i’ll break it down step by step.

1.make sure line of sight and your path is clear of any ditches and or anything that will interrupt you. It’s also best to run on grass to save impact on the knees

  1. after you’ve gone over safety of your line of path do light jogging until you get warmed up

  2. light stretching NOT DEEP STRETCHES just light stretches so you can feel it a bit in your stretch, you want to do hip flexor stretches, ham string stretches,glute stretches, and some arm stretching.

  3. do 20 things of jumping jacks to get loose and prepare for sprinting

  4. start sprinting for 30 seconds then rest for 2 minutes, then sprint for 30 seconds then rest for 2 minutes and keep doing that until you feel exhausted. Your goal is to do it for 30 seconds and REDUCE your rest period to 30 seconds once you get strong enough. The first time is to determine how many you can do, then once you can’t do anymore that’s your current goal to keep reaching that number* everytime and then eventually try to go 1 more set above the current one everytime and if you can’t then just try again the next day.

  5. after it’s over then do the same stretches over again but this time they are all deep stretches.

  6. take a shower dirty bastard

  7. Thirtyfour hurry up with your damn tut

  8. YOUR NUTRITION PLAN WILL BE CARBS in the morning to help you get energized quickly for your workout and some protein in the mix. Some research of “how much” will be dependent on you since I don’t know your body composure, weight, height, etc.

  9. The main goal of losing weight is to of course take in less calories but dependent on your weight your intake of calories can change every week. the more weight you have the more calories you’ll need but the less you weigh the less calories you actually need. UNLESS YOUR BULKING UP then you need more calories.

  10. If your looking for a program I recommend insanity.

I can get the super to connect but I can’t FADC. I tested this a long time ago, but a friend gave me the super suggestion, however I still can’t FADC the 2nd hit.

I was hoping it was seth-style FADC from uppercut. what puzzles me is why you aren’t able to cancel it outright. Any move that is super cancellable should be FADC’able, my friends were also stumped as to why. Probably dumb Dudley quirk.

Isn’t Dudley considered “airborn” and therefore is unable to FADC the second hit? I remember reading something like that a while back.

It looks like, it but he’s not. Try this: Go into training mode, set meter to infinite [normally you can’t EX Jet Upper into Super, but with that you can] try ex jet upper, then cancel the 2nd hit into super. If something is able to be cancelled into super, by the games engine, it should also be FADC-able.
