If you’re not playing as a character like Claw, how do you deal with a turtling Seth that won’t actually ever attempt to come up to you up close unless the time is ticking and you have the life advantage?
Two questions:
Which character do you use?
Who in the blue hell turtles with Seth?
You play Ken right? This character is a joke
Get Seth to the corner and keep him there. Seth can’t really make distance without retreating or hitting you with Hyakuretsukyaku/Ultra/Super.
Turtle Seth? What the? I don’t even.
Fireball would be my suggestion.
