DIRECTIONS:
College Subway Station. Take Street Car East to Church St.
You cannot miss this Hotel, there’s a Tim Horton’s under it.
The place is up the stairs and to your left. The room is called “Pearson Room”.

VENUE FEE:
$10 – Door Fee & Spectator Fee
$10 – Entry Fee Per game

FOOD:
Tim Hortons on the ground floor of the hotel.
Lots of food area outside. Go to Yonge street and you’ll find more food areas.

PARKING:
Please keep in mind that this tournament is in Downtown Toronto. It would be ideal for you drivers to find a WHOLE DAY parking. It is really easy to get TOWED or FINED here if you miss even 1 minute on the meter. Do not risk it. Just suck up the cost. I know it hurts but it takes away the worry in the long run. Your call what you decide.

Strict Rules will be followed for disappearing.
Nobody is special and you will be disqualified if you are not there when called.
Warnings will be given before proceeding with Disqualification.

Have to be approved by either me or Vince.
Everybody wants the Mic but only few can actually call out matches.

PRIZE DISTRIBUTION:
All tournaments will have the following pot split:

Singles
1st Place – 70%
2nd Place – 20%
3rd Place – 10%

BRING YOUR OWN STICKS/CONTROLLERS:
The console equipment will be labeled and registered to ensure its safety. However, please be careful with your sticks. Furthermore, if you know you’re attending and you do not have a stick to use, make sure you have a friend who can donate. All singles matches will enforce a 5 minute rule and if you can’t find a stick within that time you will be disqualified. This is advance warning and will not be brought up again.

BROKEN STICKS/BUTTONS:
If you have any stick/button problems at anytime, STOP PLAYING, get up and inform the director. The stick will be fixed/changed and the match will be replayed.

EVENT RAFFLE:
What kind of TTT Tournament would it be without a raffle.
TTT will be selling raffle tickets throughout the event. Raffle will start 7p.

That was my main reason for the Cinema Venue. We’ll see what they are capable of but from what they say, it should be possible.

on queen st. west of spadina, there is great parking on a street called augusta avenue. there is a relatively good sized parking lot there behind a taco bell. but seeing as it’s a saturday (and therefore probably busy), i can try to look into other areas near the venue for you. i just know of that parking lot cause when i go to aji sai (great AYCE sushi place right on spadina and queen), i park there quite often

EDIT: there is also parking just south of the venue

I am coming from Belleville and don’t know the area that well thanks for the heads up. Also I will be able to offer a drive if anyone needs.

We opted to stream UMvC3 since it’s the game that gets us more viewers.
SSFIV will still get 2 hours of streaming but it will just be Top 8.
You want to be on Stream for SSFIV, just make it to Top 8.
