TrueBlood

For me that’s a reason to like him.

But yeah, Bill sucks most of the time. His only scene of badassery in recent memory was challenging a 3,000 year old vamp (Russell) to defend Jess even though he knew he was gonna lose. That was pretty manly.

Man yall just got some short term memory shit…Bill was beasting in beginning of this season…Remember when he turned Loretta’s head around while he proceeded to fuck the shit out of her, then he punches her in the face after he was done…

Yea Hadley. Her name just slipped my mind. But yea you ask any random Trueblood fan male or female Eric or Bill and they’ll more than likely say Eric. I don’t have proof, but that’s just from what I’ve read, my personal preference and other Trueblood fans I’ve talked to. No one has really given a shit about Bill past season 1.

I’ll tell you what’s some serious channeling, Nelsen Ellis who plays Lafayette, apparently isn’t gay either. I read that in a number of places way back during season 1. I think he even said it himself in an interview.

Bill with “Sookeh”, hereafter referred to as “Beell”, fucking sucks. He’s a whiny ass bitch who spouts all manner of stupidity regarding their epic love even when he’s lying to that bitch’s face. Beell does retarded shit on the regular.

Bill without Sookie, on the other hand, is fucking awesome. He threw a torch at Lorena’s face, twisted her neck because he didn’t want to look at her while he screwed her, and Dead or Alive punched her ass into a wall. He’s not whiny, he actually seems badass, and he’s caring and attentive towards Jessica like he should be, being surrogate daddy and all. And the dude has a Wii.

I’m in the Bill camp.

He owns weres, but that’s not saying a whole lot. They have a tendency to go down like Galsias in Streets of Rage 2.

now that this dude has gotten some of jessica’s blood, hoyt’s obsession with her is bout to take new heights. smh

Jason channeled his inner Martin Payne only cuz motherfuckers come in his place all unannounced and shit like they live there

One more interesting thing worth mentioning is that now that Russell has had his moment of catharsis with regards to Talbot, I wonder what he is going to do next. I have a hard time believing that Russell will go anytime soon, especiall with only two episodes left.:xeye:

How will Tera react to vamps and human men now?

Not that killing vampires without blinking counts or anything. I’m with Rock. Bill is the shit when Sookie isn’t distracting him like a light to a moth. Seriously though Bill and Sookie are the most tolerable vampire human couple I’ve ever seen.

Hey! I’m new to the thread. I just finally caught all the way up (been watching from the beginning like a month ago) and this show is all sorts of fun. My favorite thing about it is the variety of characters on display. Best scene this entire episode was punch to Tommy’s face. I enjoyed that soooo much.

And a few episodes back when Bill was teaching Jessica ( <3 ) how to fight, who else thought about how cool it would be to see a Flash movie now?

please dont let this season be like last one which was a great season in all but the finale was complete shit. so Russell claims that he should have never trusted eric but takes his word about the daywalking? for somebody thats 3,000 years old he should have known better. it should have been true death on sight when eric walked into that museum.

You would think Russell would have torn Eric’s arm off after he handcuffed him or ripped his head off or SOMEthing, but oh well.

Hmm, somehow I don’t see Russell or Eric dying anytime soon. Hope they end the season on a high note though.

That being said, the Lafayette and Jesus story seems to be developing into something really interesting.

Russell seems to be extremely self centered, that should answer why he took Eric’s word about daywalking. He wants what’s in his best interest, always. They both drank Sookie’s blood, he sees Eric walk out into the daylight and it seems like it’s working. He hasn’t seen daylight in a couple thousand years, what better opportunity? Nevermind the fact Bill told them both that they just burn slower and can’t really stay out for extended periods of time. It doesn’t really matter because Russell wants what he wants. It’s as simple as that. When a person is selfish, something “little” like trust issues isn’t going to stop them from them getting what they want.

What even more strange is that Eric beat Russel in the struggle to put the handcuff on.

Did ya’ll forget that the older you are the faster you die in sunlight? Godric peaced out mighty fast without the fairy blood assist when compared to Bill who walked around on fire before falling over. So here we have two vampires with fairy blood assist but one is 1000 years old and the other is 3000 years old. If Russel walked out there without I’d imagine he’d just be deleted. No fire. Just gone. Poof. So now, in this case, Russel is far weaker than Eric because who happens to be younger, can last longer in the sunlight.

Pretty much. Russel doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing now. Dude doesn’t have a plan. He just knows that by night he can kill who he wants when he wants. He might have some dream of putting humanity in place but based on his erratic actions since Talbot’s death he doesn’t seem to know what he is doing.

Okay:

  1. Maybe my geography is wrong but are there any actual panters in louisiana? I mean if you turn into something wouldn’t it be smarter to live somewhere where those things actually exist.

  2. Russel has mad options on how not to die now so this is just strange seeing as he could take of either Erics hand or his own and be fine. A better plan would have been to have bill drink some of her blood to and completely chain this mofo down during his sunlight invincibilty frames and the get back inside.

  3. Pam got alot better this season, she was mostly useless for the other two seasons, but shes been all season 2 Eric since the magister got involved.

Sam raging feels like it came out of nowhere. I feel like I missed an episode when I didn’t. I guess his family just reminded him he’s trailer park…

Yeah no way Eric’s going to die. He’ll figure something out in the next ep.

unless being so old makes russell instantly weak as the light hits him while the efeects of the fairy blood begin to wear off i see no reason why he would kneel down on the ground and not just fly and smash straight through the walls/door into the club.

i’m guessing what will happen is russel will go up quick and pam will get eric while he is toasty but not dead.
