Just started season 1 and I’m hooked!
Im gonna predict an attempt on Godric life. The militant vamps arent gonna take this mercy to humans stuff much longer. So other than Godric who else is a l33t vamp?
From what I remember of the books (read sooooooo long ago), they were shit. Glorified Sookie far too much (she was even worse than in the show from what I remember), and didn’t have anything interesting about side characters. Sam was all about jumping Sookie, so were Eric and Bill, and ditto for everyone else that showed up.
As much as the show wants to go off on a tangent, praise be to it. Same crew that did 6 feet under, right?
God, I hope A Song of Ice and Fire is as good.
Maybe the Queen vamp? She’s supposed to be very powerful and a bit insane.
I wonder how strong that Majestrix (whatever) dude is who oversaw Bill’s trial from season one?

That would be fracking cool as hell. 
I personally think they’re holding back on Sam’s transformations because of budget reasons. It would be cool to see him transform into all these cool animals, but working with animals, especially the big ones can be pretty difficult and expensive.
I guess the alternative would be some crappy cgi animation which would suck.

I think they referenced her (and maybe Godric) way back in season 1 when Bill threatened those three vampires that died (sleazy, baldy, and Jackie) when he said that he would get intervention from higher forces if they didn’t get their shit together, and was like “Higher than him. Higher than her.”
He was referring to Eric (referencing his hair color) and then to the Queen, not Godric.
LOL Rachel Wood is also playing Mary Jane in the Spider-Man play on Broadway next year too. Being a New York Spider-Man fanatic I HAVE to go see that. Pity me.
Anywho someone should tell any female who plays a vampire on the show to cut the acting back a bit and stop crying in real life. This show looks hella akward when you can see their eyes water up and blood comes out… 
Maybe CGI should do some watery blood effect, like a light pink or something. Hmmm… :wonder:

Godric has to get taken out.
He breaks the show if he’s as strong as he says he is. He’s too caring and sympathetic.
He’s so broken but they made him a pacifist so he will likely not rushdown anyone.
