How long will this pre-order go for?
Has everyone received their stuff yet? Just wondering because I got an e-mail with a tracking number last Monday, the 18th, but no package has shown up yet, at all. Considering I live in NorCal, I should’ve received my stuff by now but I don’t know what’s going on. The status on the tracking number says that only the billing information was received (5/18/2009 - 7:44:48 PM). Doesn’t even say anything about the package being shipped.
Any ideas what the problem is? I sent an e-mail to customer service on Friday and I’m just awaiting a response. I know you guys are swamped right now, but I just wanted to check what’s up by posting here. I can provide additional info (order number and all that good stuff), but I can’t use PM’s since I believe there’s a minimum ten post requirement.

alrite well i supposedly got refunded but… can i instead of getting a refund acutally get the shirt and not get credited back for the shirt? get it during the pre order…??? cuz it really sucks if i have to pay shipping again…-____-

This usually happens because a glitch in our software causes tracking numbers to be sent to packages that are voided/refunded. We try to look through each order by hand but sometimes it slips by, especially with the volume of orders in this drop. Check your credit statement if DK hasn’t gotten back to you yet. Sorry about the inconvenience.
As of right now, I haven’t been refunded for my order. Is it possible the items were out of stock when I clicked checkout? I ask because I know I was there the moment the tees and cap went up. I was on the site from 12 to whenever the Chun tee went up after the site crash (1:30ish?). Maybe something happened, because I made two seperate orders and asked if I could have the shipping combined.

So fucking glad I got online to check my email tonight. Got my first batch of SF shirts today too! Now I’m torn between the snug but slightly short fit of the small shirts or the not as snug (but still nice) longer medium. I suppose I could intently shrink a medium if need be maybe…if the size small was as long as the medium, that would be perfect! Make it happen, call it P size.
