For anyone who has pre-ordered during the SF drops, does anyone know if they charge your card when you preorder or do they wait until they ship it to you?
My poster came in good condition. My gf’s chun shirt came in the right size however my ryu did not. It’s a goodthing these guys have a great customer service. Would never hesitate to buy from them again. In fact, I did! Bought the hat also. Now if the Akuma is re-released, my credit card will come out of the wallet for them once again.

Also can someone at Triumvir give me the Body Length measurement on a XL Gemina Parka. I want to make sure it will fit me before I pull the trigger. Also I never got a reply regarding the mixup with my order. Hopefully they didn’t run out of Sim shirts.

Where is this good customer service? I keep hearing people not getting their shirts, or wrong sizes. Me? My order got cancelled, so I ordered again, 4 days later I still no have no shipping confirmation email. I’m a fan of Triumvir, but seriously their online web store service is whack.
Check to see if they refunded you your money. More then likely the item you ordered was sold out when you ordered it. Same thing happened to me. Also Triumvir is a small company and they only have 1 guy doing Customer Service so it will take a little while for them to get back to you. Also I’ve noticed that most of the shipping mishaps happen when there is a rush of sales, such as when they have a sale or when a popular collection drops.
I am trying my best to get to people. I just compensated all combined shipping requests and sent many emails regarding it. Now I am moving on to missing stock and incorrect sizing…fun! If you’ve sent many emails it doesn’t mean I am going to open them. If I start handling people on an individual basis it’s harder to keep track because everyone has their own special directions and or needs.
However! If you did receive an incorrect size go ahead and send it back with a print out of your invoice and write down the shipping cost and I will refund it back to you.
