What with all the random jumping around as you talk?

I think there needs to be a little more structure to your clip. And you’re not going to open up any decent players by airdash :h: unless its covered by an assist. It doent have the crazy range like Tron’s junping :h: sj. airdash is much faster than regular jumping airdash, i dunno if anymore needs to be said regarding that.

There are alots of tactics and tricks in this forum you didnt even lay out. Trish has resets out of peekaboo, dropping hopscotch and then canceling into flight. Canceling standing :h: into traps and calling beam/lockdown assist. You left out hella stuff.

EDIT: I also didnt get your B&B “online” combos. If the connection is shitty the connection is shitty.

I cover it with sent drones and it does open up quite a bit because it crosses up too and I play with a pretty good group of people. Well I don’t know EVERYTHING with her and the BnB combos for online is because you can’t land the dive kick BnB combo online even if it isn’t laggy since there is input delay

You mean the WNF matches or the tournament session matches? No offense taken, I’m open to suggestions. Most OPs give up on the video threads really soon, but I’m trying to organize stuff here so we can all benefit from it.

I mean those 2 recent matches of justin and flows Trish. The tournament section matches is a good idea. I also think you should get rid of the pre-release section due to the fact that the game is already out and those matches kinda are not important anymore. it should more than likely be a misc-match section like online, casuals, and money matches etc…

Found this earlier today. Seems almost inescapable, I suspect only the fastest and most invincible attacks will be able to stop this pressure. Deffinately needs more experimentation though… Don’t think it works on small characters like Ammy or Joe, works on Wolverine for sure. Will probably make for an easy unbloackable…

Sure. You’re basically delaying the dive kick after the j.A so that you dive kick during the j.A’s recovery frames as opposed to it’s active frames. You have to do jumping forward A because it naturally pulls you towards the opponent if they advanced guard, as oppoesed to pushing you away if you jump neutrally or back. Delaying the dive kick prevents pushback caused by advanced guard from carrying over and combined with the spring back caused by jumping forward, you can stay in range to keep applying pressure. I believe the extended jump arc caused by adding a ground dash before the jumping A exadurates the effect and makes it even easier to stay in range… I also believe this can be done more consistently than I’m doing it here, to the point where it’s potentially impossible to punnish (besides using XF).

Good point, thanks for the correction. I’ve deleted the video (just so Capcom don’t get wind of it and think it’s something that needs fixing!), think I’ll make a more indepth one on the kind of pressure that can be applied… Even though it doesn’t necessarily loop forever, I still think it’s some pretty nasty pressure game. I’m going to look forward to seeing how Trish develops, I think this is going to lay a basis for some pretty nasty mind games in the corner, still seems a pretty powerful situation for Trish to be in.

The opening Post mentioned uploading videos for opinion by other players, so with the help of a friend I have a recording of a few of my matches. The matches although few show how I generally play. My team :Trish:Wesker:Doom . I’m hoping to get better with Trish and MVC3 in general.
