u dont have to compete in the 50 cent thing its not a part of the main regular mvc2 (of which there will be a regular tourney of)
A OR B have marked themselves as the best player of character X.
A plays B for best X character
either, A wins, B gives 50 cents to A
or, B wins, A gives 50 cents to B
so regardless of who thought theyre the champ, someones paying up.
and as stated before, You may CHALLENGE for the best character only once, but if you are the champion at anytime u must accept any and all incoming challenges, or you are auto matically disqualified.
Im very sorry to everyone but this tourney is being postponed to a later date that i cannot verify yet.

i was there today. there was nuff machines that were powered down. i seen this guy operating on this circuit board, i didnt know there were that many wires holyy.
MvC2 machine worked fine.
is there a regular time u guys play during the week, i only have school on tuesday 230-530 and thursday 4-7 so im there before 230 and before 4 o clock and most times there is no good competition. last year i went at random times and i seen cyrus and joker playing and a bunch of other ppl and one with a video camera. when are these guys in the arcade regularly?
I didn’t even really know who Cyrus was before he ran tournaments and he does a pretty good job, cept for the time JS was able to rob the pot from the team tourney.
I think all the OG sauga players have run tournies at one point or another. Obviously I’m not talking about a big upscale tourney like T# tournies, but thats not what the york tourney is.
