this is mere speculation on my part, but they had said earlier that hugo weaving was favored to do Megatron. Hes a good actor(agent smith/elrond, V for vendetta), but imo would be suited more to the BW MEgs.
Another name that was thrown early on in production was Ludacris. Seems like a strange thing to bring up , but since Bernie MAc, Tyrese, and Anthony anderson are in the film, they would need some big name and so many celebs do animated/voice work these days.
I have a sneaking suspicion that Welker will play Starscream as a sort of āgesture of good will to fansā/weird casting Hollywood is known for.

A: I donāt have a local Hot Topic, I found it in Pittsburgh. This is the first time I have been shopping in Pittsburgh since the 8th grade.
