His name is Doublecross actually. I had that guy back in the G1 days and he was badass!!
He looked great in both robot & two-headed dragon modes, excellent colorscheme, and i remember being impressed with the build-quality of the figure. He was tonka-tough, lots of strong ratchet joints each with a satisfying “click” to them, and he had nice articulation in his dragon-arms.
In some ways, i consider him to be the “6th dinobot”.

Looks great now all we need is that purple T-Rex.
Throws wallet at screen
It has been a while since I have been really excited over an MP release. Can’t wait!
The paintwork on this thing is incredible.
If i was a Beast Wars fan, i’d be all over that. Still cool though.
This is the probably the most creative review of a figure yet LOL. MP Red Alert (Toon Colors) done to the tune of METAL!
Just when i think i’ve got enough primes with G1 and MP-10…
…if only U.S release looked like that. I dunno why they had to change things up for it. Something tells me trying to import the Jap. release will be costly.
Edit: Wow. Even the vehical mode looks MUCH more authentic to G1 Powermaster Prime. It’s just better in every way except cost.
Right now the JP release sits at about 100 on preorder. I want it, but not sure I want it that bad LOL. They should have shaved off about 1/2 an inch off the feet. That is the only flaw it has. Another Prime example of G1 to a fault.
You lay off those puns, Mr! lol.
And i’d think it would be almost worth it. As it is essentially, an MP Powermaster Prime.
Ditch your Apollyons. . . . . NOAW!!!
It is not as clean as some of the others, but I may as well offload Apollyon now (or TF it into gun mode and never put it back into bot mode again)
I dunno. I’m thinking this official MP Megs might go for crazy scalper prices!! Might as well go for one of the affordable 3rd party versions, like Mighttron. Or Despatron.
Oh you are absolutely right. Stuff like this gets ordered day of preorder announcement.
Lots of new video reviews!
Eat some candy and enjoy!

I watched parts of the Optimus Primal interview. Never really cared for Optibotimus style of review. I made sure I skipped over the transformation bits. I want to be in awe of it’s complex simplicity. TakTomy is going to make us proud with what’s coming down the pipe for MPs. We just need the Decepticons to get fleshed out with some variance. It’s a painful realization that most of the Decepticons were recolors / retools of the same toy.If TakTomy would let off that price a little bit, more people jump in. Paying roughly $200 for what is essentially the same mold 6 times is not a good feeling.
For all the Titans Return stuff in wave 3, I will be getting Megatron, Kickback, and Gnaw. Megatron IMO is the best we’ve got to scale with Classics Optimus Prime. It’s obviously a pre-tool for Blitzwing, but it just works.
While I love Prime, that mold is an easy pass for me. The only way I’d grab it is if they release it as a non-Con Nemesis / Scourge. Classics Prime just does Optimus Prime better. Hard to believe the mold is 10 years old and is still probably one of the best Optimus Prime versions to date. Don Figueroa knew how to design a Transformer. However, Octane will get bought on sight.
Kickback will be completing the Insecticons and Gnaw is getting got because reasons. Troop builders will lover that figure.
Optimus Primal came in today. Will report back in a few hours my thoughts on it.
People already got a stop motion mimicking the CGI LOL
By the way, it is not “that” simple to transform.
