If this is the case, I am gonna do this version instead of the G2, because of reasons LOL.
Which transformers squads donāt have combiner forms? I only know Dinobots and Insecticons canāt combine. Are there any other team? I used to think the core team members inf Autobots couldnāt combine until I came across Optimus Maximus.
Still hoping one day Dinobots will be able to combine canonically. Thereās just something awesome about combiners, but making a legit toy for them is a pain in the ass though.
One of the holy grails for combiners. They had one on BBTS years ago but it was a little over a thousand, if I had some serious cash I would have gotten it. Needless to say it was gone after four days.

Still hoping Takara will make MP Arcee at some point. They already got MPās for most of the casts, itās her turn. Kind of surprising that Optimus Primal got an MP before she did.
Optimus Primal has a guaranteed sales advantage. People want Arcee, but may not be willing to buy her. Female bots donāt have the same appeal. Thatās why Chromia, Windblade, and Arcee were $6 a few weeks ago at Ollies

Crap, I forgot about that one. I think I am OK with Autobots for now with CW setup (unless itās a new mold or a Prime). I donāt really have a personal connection to Sky Lynx, so that may be a grab it when I see it thing.
By the way, with Magnus, I would definitely look into the JP version. Something about itās color scheme appeals to me a little more. Granted, may not be worth it due to the almost $20 price difference.

Not bad. I wish the undercarriage could separate into the lynx, but otherwise pretty decent.
I like it, but itās an on sight impulse buy for me at this point.
I got CW Bruticus. Its not bad, but if you already have the Protectobots, there is no real reason to do it again. My gripes are that Brawl is probably one of the weakest molds in CW to date (next to Breakdown) and I wish they could have at least given us a new head with Blast-Off.
Ok, so with the onslaught of new MPs coming in the next couple of months, I am seriously considering ordering through Hobbylink Japan for these releases (MP Ironhide, Ratchet, Magnus (2nd run), Shockwave, Hot Rod, and Optimus Primal). When itās all said and done and guesstimating weight, Iāll probably shave off $100-$150 in price difference overall despite some of the stateside vendors offering free shipping.
Any thoughts?
