I had to wait a while because it was shipped from way deep into China, but I finally got that Leader-class Striker Optimus today.

Not exactly, I would say. He only used one of them in the actual movie of DoTM during his fight with Sentinel when Sentinel ordered the 'Con ships to attack OP, and he pulled the right side one out of the fuel tank-holster on his back and shot down a few of them before losing it to their gunfire. ā¦And, now that I think about it, he probably only had room for that one, considering he also carried his heat blade-axe in/on the middle of his back too(and when he pulled it out it extended like the axes TFAnimated! and TFWfC! Prime have, it was kinda huge even before it did that), which would neatly explain why he might not have had two of them like in TF2007 or RoTF. (yay for plausibly obeying the laws of physics~)
He also has the 2 small guns(as a toy) that combine to make the Mega Striker, the rifle he used during the Chicago battle(this is fanon on my part, but it looks like itās the case in-verse)and carried on his person all the way until he dropped it during his first fight with Lockdown before his reformat out of the OG rusty truck form.(he bodied Lockdown during that time too, and he was still pretty dinged up, so damn Optimus!) All of the other stuff is present, too; not really that big a loss, IMO.
Besides, it might have the capability to shift from being that gun back into one of the fuel tanks on his back(some of the better MechTech line toys for DoTM have stuff like that), so this might be a blessing, pardon the pun, in disguise, and I feel like that possibility+it being screen-accurate would be a worthy trade-off for not having both, and besides, he can dual-wield it with the Mega Striker anyway lol.
Basically that APS01U needs to be Super Buster Mega Striker Jetwing Prime. Honestly, if it had the Buster Prime paint and weapons like @MechWarrior was talking about, it would have been a wallet implosion. There just isnt enough premium in this premium edition to command that price tag. However we all know it will sell out LOL
EDIT- Right next to the Jetpack is the āBuster Cannonā.
Now I need to see better shots of the paint. If I get this, I will have be spending close to a G in TF related products.

RUMOR: 2016 Generations Figures?
If this is true, my speculation:
Pipes: legends optimus repaint (4th times the charm Hasbro?)
Chop shop = legends skrapnel repaint
Buzzsaw, and shockwave= new. Shockwave will be a ātargetmasterā for Bruticus as seen in the G1 episode āRevenge of Bruticusā
Scattershot = extensive remold of silverbolt or new
Onslaught = probable remold of the Hot Spot CW figure. They had a similar transformation in G1. Replace the ladder with the cannons and boom.
I donāt mind the fact that Optimus Prime has a lack of a faceplate in some instances but when the shit hits the fan, that mask needs to go up. Being that this is the ultimate version, with all the accessories for battle, it just seems out of place.
I hope to see some new molds cone Sunday. I hope the Combiner Wars isnāt called the Repaint Wars.
