Itās a faux chest. I must admit, I got a little sad when I saw that. Itās sculpted like the āSkyfireā in some respects. I just donāt know why the just donāt make a G1 TV accurate figure instead of an IDW/ G1 Crossover version. which is technically redo. IMO outside of the head scale, the Classics voyager looks to have a better transformation scheme and is a better figure.
Windblade, I just found out about her from the newest IDW comics. Thereās 2 more female transformers with her. Are they creations of Jihaxus, too?
Evasion Mode Optimus must have been a figure they have been working on for years. The engineering behind it looks stellar. Itās by no means perfect, but I think as a Prime fanatic, it warrants purchase.
A shot of Jetfire from the rear. Iām not a huge Jetfire fan, so this is a skip for me. Thereās nothing really interesting in the transformation. At this point you can tell you just flip it over, reposition the arms, unfold and rotate the legs and collapse the back. Place weapons and armor in appropriate locations. They could have done better than this IMO
I love Jetfire so heās still getting copped by me.

bot mode looks good on jetfire. transfornationscheme, alt mode all look better on older model. bot mode looks great on both, maybe a slight edge for this ones front and the others back.
Oh the bot mode is serious. Alt mode looks cool, but more towards a Macross Valkyrie. I know thatās what the OG Figure was, but I think they could do a G1 TV Skyfire by now.

I need a dad recommendation. My son is almost 3 and I was thinking of getting him a Transformer for his birthday in April. Heās been playing with the joints from 5 Below, but I was hoping to get him

b) A easy to transform transformer

for Megatron, I have 2 ideas.
- Generations Legends Megatron. Smaller toy, but easier to transform. 10 dollars approx.
- IDW Deluxe Megatron. āStandard sizeā = 5inch. 15 bucks. Slightly harder, and he is in black stealth bomber body if thats an issue
