has anyone downloaded/played the new Transformers G1: Awakening cellphone game yet? I just downloaded but I don’t have the battery power right now. I’m wondering what others opinions are on it.
Too bad I don’t like Hound.
Man, if it was standalone Ravage, I would def buy it.
Hound looks nice. His head sculpt doesn’t look as “fat” as it did in earlier photos. A Swindle repaint is definitely feasible with this mold.
So this Transformers Awakening game is pretty cool. I’ve had about an hour to try it our today. It’s a basic RPG with mission assignments that mostly concern defeating the Decepticons or protecting power stations and grids.
The map is laid out in a grid and Autobbots can only move a certain number of squares depending on how large they are, and what mode they are in. Car-bots can travel over several road grids while flying characters can go over any grid. Larger bots can only move like 1 space at a time. Anyone who is in riobot mode can only move 1-4 grids themselves.
Everyone has a set amount of HP and can battle, certain characters have benefits once you surround an enemy (Prime gives off a defense boost of 25% when he’s near by, other give a attack boost of 25%.) All the characters available right now are Prime, Ratchet, Iron Hide, Bumblebee, Blaster, Eject & Rewind, Sideswipe and Sunstreaker, Skyfire and Metroplex. Metroplex seems to serve as your reserve station for more fighter but has to have a certain amount of energon to deploy more troops. The only character that can heal or upgrade your stats is Ratchet.
I’ve beaten 5 missions so far just in story mode, there seems to be two other play modes as well. It’s a pretty fun game. I’d recommend this to any of my fellow nutty TF fans here if you have Verizon.

hey smb, i dl the game like a week or 2 back, but it said in the list that it was for sony ericson 700 or smoething like that. i own a samsung d600. does it work on that one as well. otherwise i might need to use my lil sis n95 to play it (since that the one they used in the internet page).

No clue my friend. It’s likely that if your model number isn’t listed as one of the supported devices then it probably won’t work. But who knows?
So is Jazz going to remain dead in part 2?
Seems that way. Although the Pontiac Solstice was sighted early on in filming. Might either be something to throw the fans off or a series of flashbacks. Who knows. With that last piece of All-Spark Prime picked up, Jazz’ return practically wrote itself.
Supposedly there is a way to attack the giant weapon part of the City Commander Magnus part onto his back in bot mode, but I haven’t been able to find any info with google in the way of actually finding out how it is done.
It requires a slight modification to the armor…

Look under TFW2005’s kitbashing forum. That’s where people post small mods like that. If you’ve done mods before, which I know you have, you’re probably okay with doing this.

so i was checking out youtube and some of the vids some of these guys did for the toys. got a quick MP startscream Q. i saw one SS who had the thicked more realistic and cartoon accurate lower legs. the takara versions ad repaints of him dont have it. which versions do?
p.s. again, that city commander magnus custom add on to the classics/henkei toy is fucking awesome.
