I picked up Powerglide, Onslaught and Silverbolt yesterday.
Iāll be opening these up real soon. Iāll post my thoughts tomorrow.
BTW, Dropshot (repaint of CD Scattorshot) looks like a really nice mold. A friend of mine was able to grab one for me at Target earlier today. I have Blades too. Heās decent. I might use him for a custom.
I havenāt gotten around to Onslaught yet, but I did open Silverbolt and Powerglide. Theyāre both cool, but neither are without their issues.
Silverboltās a disappointment in the sense that he doesnāt have anything indicative of a future Universe Superion release. No special ports, combiner accesories, etc. I knew this going in but still. Heās got some hollow spots in the arms and legs and although heās listed as an Ultra and priced as one, he looks and feels more like a Voyager. The transformation is simple and aside from feeling a little hollow, heās pretty cool as a standalone figure and the paint detail is nice.
I think Powerglide is a step up. Heās bigger and actually fits his class listing. But he has a little too much going on at the top once you transform him.
BEFORE YOU DO: MAKE SURE TO LOOSEN THE SCREWS ON THE SIDE AND DIRECTLY UNDER THE WINGS OTHERWISE YOUāLL WARP THE PLASTIC.
:u: This will allow you to actually move the wings when converting him to robot mode.
I donāt like how the wings clip on to the shoulders. One fits tightly, the other is loose and wonāt stay on very long. I think this is more of an issue with my copy of it. However, the way to fix the wings couldāve been better. If his legs were bigger and more proportioned with the upper body, he could probably stand better and the ātitsā wouldnāt be nearly as ridiculous.
Overall, not too bad. This just confirms the consensus that Onslaught is perhaps the best Ultra release of this line.

Good luck on that quest. Ever since that lame movie, TF demand has skyrocketed, especially for the G1 stuff.

on tfw2005 there is a picture of Lockdown w/Chainsaw and a new color scheme and on the back it shows Swindle and Blur. Blur looked kind of confusing to me and I was hoping that Swindle would be a voyager class figure. In the show he looked big and well, he was based off of a H2 Hummer.

Congratulations. Iāve never been a big fan of the Protectobots but thatās a nice custom. Then again, look at his base model - RID Prime. Probably one of the best Primeās ever made since G1 Prime.
And thatās not a bad price either. How many customs do you own now?
Btw, I still canāt believe Hasbro produced Powerglide in an off-white color. He should be red and only red.
Henkei Powerglide will be red, SMB. As red as period blood.
ANYWHO
I own that Junkion Commando I won back in April as well as a few hand-painted movie figures. Not too many seeing as how theyāre really expensive. Another plus to this Defensor is that Iām getting a few of my favorite molds in the process.
I really need to get back into customizingā¦
Edit: I also have a Movie Ironhide that was painted to resemble a G1 Trailbreaker with reprolabels and everything.

Man, fuck my life. I spent an hour looking for my fucking camera to find out my roommate had it and he gave it back with no fucking batteries so I had to go buy some more fucking batteries so I can take pictures of shit so I can sell it because I aināt got shit in the first place. Ugh.
