A friend and myself happened to be hanging out at a bar at BotCon when the salesman from China was pitching the armor to TFSource. They were really really cool guys about the whole thing. The makers of this are big fans of Transformers and are trying to do things for other fans with these releases.
They should make armor for the Masterpiece Ultra Magnus too OK. :tup:
I pre-ordered it as well. I was on the fence for a while, but I figured that it’s better to be safe than sorry because I can always cancel my BBTS pre-order if I decide not to get it. The pictures look pretty damn spiffy. He REALLY looks like an ULTRA Magnus in that get-up.

There is this Energon comic, where Megatron has been captured and imprisoned inside Unicron for 10 years. Upon his release, he goes on a planet wide rampage and killing spree. He says only one thing with each slaughter, ‘TEN…YEARS!!!’, followed by killing a bunch of shit.
I can relate.
Why would ten years have such an effect on a robot that A) doesn’t age, and B) was already asleep for a few million years after they landed on Earth? So do you have this issue or is this somethng you’re trying to score?
And WTF is a $149 Galvatron G?
I have the comic, it’s quite good. Megatron is impatient and pissy. The story is in the Energon timeframe, not G1, so the sleep thing isn’t relevant.
Galvatron G, aka Superlink Galvatron, aka Galvatron General is the Voyager sized Japanese release of Energon Galvatron. It has become in recent time, oddly rare.
