I’d really like to see the guitar (both) when it’s finished. Please post pics ASAP.
I watched the Elite Guard episode of TF:Animated on youtube.
its a pretty damn good show, Im enjoying it. the only other episodes Ive seen are the premiere “movie” and the episode where they introduce the hype machine known as the dinobots.
but god damn! why are their faces so fucked up!?
everyone has teeny little noses and giant fucking chins, really awful design choice.
From what I’ve seen, I liked the new animated TF show. However, it’s not something that I would go out of my way to watch. It doesn’t help that my tv reception is garbage. Then again, I don’t go out of my way to watch most new things. Only about 4-5 movies in the theatres, 3-5 anime series, and maybe a live-action show or two… per year.
Elite Guard was pretty good. I’m really enjoying the voice work of this show. Corey Burton and Tom Kenny are great as Megatron and Starscream respectively. Speaking of Burton, he also voiced Shockwave in the G1 show. Jeff Bennett as Magnus echoes Robert Stack from the '86 movie almost perfectly. And Phil LaMarr (Wilt from Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends) was pretty good as Jazz.

oh yeah, most of the voice work is top notch. Corey Burton sounds so eeeeeevil!
how much did it cost you?
I saw the top half selling for around $80 at a con. retarded.
Well, it was actually both halves of a Metroplex (the peg or whatever held it together was broken), but it was also incomplete in that it was missing all the accessories. I got it off eBay for $10 or 11.
TF Animated Season 2 started off good, Jazz is portrayed in a very similar personality as in the old show; he is interested in human culture.
Big score today…
Black Rodimus Convoy (Superlink)
GC Saidos
Phantom Energy Nightblade
eHobby Encore Ironhide
Henkei Starscream
Movie/Cybertron Wingblade
Movie/Cybertron Jetstorm
IDW Balancing Act
Pictures…tonight!
Is (eHobby) that black Ironhide?
Sure is…
All $70 of him…:looney:
Damn, you sure is crazy.
I wonder if the Classics 2.0 line will ever give Ratchet and Ironhide a proper G1 mold.
the Botcon Tow Line remold ones from '05 were pretty decent.
Yeah I really enjoyed this episode. Although Magnus just using his hammer like thor was lame the second time around. I want to see him smash shit with it.
I also think that Hasbro should make action figures of the lesser characters like Meltdown and the police drones.
so with all the TF cartoons, games, movies, comics, and whatever else
what are the transformer tiers canon wise?
That Towline looks pretty nice.
BotCon Ironhide actually.
He’ll run you about $150. Ratchet is in the $350-400 range.
Meant to say Towline repaint, but yea…
Here’s a rare look at a Transformer you are probably unfamiliar with…

Most of my stuff is in storage right now, but I hope to show off some of the cool and somewhat rare stuff from the Armada Trilogy over the next few months.
Enjoy.
I can make sense of the mario canon, a series with virtually NO cohesive narrative between games…but Im not even crazy enough to put together all the TF series.
my guess is:
War Within>G1>The Movie/Scramble City>Headmasters>Masterforce>Victory>Zone>Operation Combination>Battlestars>Beast Wars>Beast Wars II>Beast Wars Neo (wasnt the original optimus primal in the movie? Im pretty sure)>Beast Machines> Car Robots (didnt takara say it WAS part of the esablished timeline? crazy japanese. if so, my theory is that it takes place on earth sometime after Battlestars but before the end of BM)>TF:Universe
Of course Armada>Superlink>Galaxy Force exist in their own timeline. personally I think that they are in the same universe (what with the inclusion of unicron who can exist between realities and there are some scenes with G1 references and cameos in GF (I distinctly remember seeing prime, jazz and I think hound and hot-rod) which leads me to think that while they certainly exist in the same universe they dont co-exist in the same timeline.
why must I do this!? once I get started its impossible to stop!
damn you masher! damn youuuuuuuuu!!!
