“Pretty Weak” = expect a PM from SiLLiEMutAfuKA soon. I hate repaints and refuse to spend money on something I probably already own once already. But it has to be a really kick-ass repaint for me to want one (Alternators Shockwave for instance).

I guess my “grail” transformer would have to be star saber/victory leo. Ive lusted after victory saber for a very long time.
theyve been reissuing a lot of the bigger transformers, Id love to see predaking, trypticon and star saber/victory leo get reissued
A different type of TF holy grail for me would be a real-life concept car of Hot Rod. Yes, he inadvertently got Prime killed, and suffered from too-big-of-shoes-to-fill angst… but the first time I saw him as that futuristic-looking vehicle, with fire emblem, blue tinted windshield, and giant spoiler fin, I fell in love with the design.
The classics version of Hot Rod was based off of this Dome Zero:

Ok everyone, I wanted to prove that I’m pretty serious about that Computron custom I posted about a few weeks back. However, I’m doing a little warm-up project to get me familiar with taking figures apart and making the necessary modifications and add-ons.
Here it is: Cybertron Menasor (WITH ARMS)

The arms come from a KO Happy Well Armada Megatron. I do plan on including the original Menasor arms (see pic below), but as something that snaps onto the news ones. I don’t know how I’m going to do that but I figured this is a nice start.
I took the gear pins off that connect to the shoulders and added them to the top of the HW arms for a natural fit. Apoxie sculpt was added to to merge them together.
Thoughts?

Not so much ‘grails’, but my favourite tf’s that I own are G1 Sixshot and Predaking. I dont think Ive ever been as impressed with any G1 toys as I was with those two.
That figure is prone to more defects than you can imagine.
The gold on a few of those has just, fallen off. :shake:

Hey, has anyone else here ever marked your personal electronics with an Autobot or Decepticon symbol? I’ve got a 1" Con symbol on my LG enV in the bottom left corner of the battery. I can’t help it, I did the same thing to my RAZR too.
You can’t really sue someone who technically gave you a gift. Lucky Draw TF’s are given away in random contests.
I did that to an arcade stick, cd player, and a phone that is lost to the sands of time.

Well, I’ve got a 'Con symbol as my phone wallpaper, and I’m refinishing a bass guitar in a Decepticon theme. After that, I’m going to Scott Hembry to see about having a Decepticon insignia-shaped 7-string guitar built. I also have plans to either paint or vinyl up my HRAP2 in 'Con styling.
