Things to watch out for:
Head alightment during the point where you fold the nosecone.
Tabs that connect and lock the wings
The sliding nosecone and back bracket (you’ll see)
I have small girly hands so maybe I’ve got a chance.
That’s somethng I always worry about when transforming any of my transformers. breaking something. So I take care to use the minimal ammount of force possibel to bend and twist the parts the first few times I do it until I am comfortible with it.
A lot of newer figures (Classics and Movie) have breakaway parts that you can easily snap back in the event you use excessive force. I’m assuming the MP series doesn’t?
Dropkick arrived in the mail yesterday, thank goodness for HTS. Haven’t seen a decent movie toy around these parts since early July.
He fucking rocks btw. Best of the movie line so far IMO, and he wasn’t even in the movie itself. 
I want Longarm.
Man the Walmarts and targets around here have a ton of those two. I might pick them up next and then get the “lens heads” after that.
I keep wanting to get Dreadwing. I’d get Swindle too but I’m not big on his alt mode.
So the live-action TF movie is coming out on DVD this month. Anyone know if there will be a ‘more special’ edition released a couple months later?
I don’t know if they’ll be releasing another edition after, but best buy and target have specific special editions, best buy’s getting some custom toys and target is getting a case that transforms:
woah, I was just thinking about how wild it would be if they had a transforming DVD case to go along the movie a couple days ago!

Anybody else stopping in Wal-Marts and finding an entire freaking WALL of Cybertron Primuses?
It seems that my comic shop is sold out of Beast Wars: The Gathering(IDW Publishing). I picked up #1 of the current series and it seems to be good so far(Simon Furman! Of course it’ll be good). Don Figuerroa’s artwork needs that Dreamwave coloring though to make it look polished. I guess I’ll stick around for this series and then buy the other trades.
Also, is the TF Classics Mirage even worth it? I really didn’t like Rodimus’s size. They’re great though because they’re in scale with each other.
Yes, you can probably build an antire fortress out of them.
I think so. His head is a little small though. Still a good pick-up.

[*]Soundwave[/LIST]Did I make the right choice with 20th Anniversary Prime? I know he’s not officially MP, but the Seibertron website has him filed that way. The mold is the same, but it doesn’t have the metallic look of the MP figure. I’ll probably end up getting that one since it has the cool trailer.
If you got an actual ‘20th Anniversery Prime’, yea, you’re good.
If you got the Movie release Anniversery Prime…not so much. This one has a blue gun and is an odd tomato soup like color.
It’s a small difference in the long run, I wouldn’t make a big deal over it. I just think the MP and Anniversery colors are far better than the one released with the 86 movie rerelease.
Just wait until you see the 07 movie MP Prime, with flame detailing and all… :wasted:

I do love the fact that Binaltech are in scale to the MP series. Are there any other series that look good / in scale with the MP series? My little gallery of 3 MP figures (+ a couple Binaltechs) is kind of lonely.

Classics Jetfire is pretty damn good if you don’t have him already. Probably the best in the series.

I really want the Binaltech Rodimus but I’m not paying $100.00 for one.
I’ve seen those too. But unfortunately none of them come with Unicron’s head like the initial release of him did. Looks like I’ll have to E-bay him.
And I was thinking about getting that one and getting the trailer later. I guess I’ll hold out and get masterpiece complete Prime. then Get Masterpiece Megatron.
