US Masterpiece Starscream (Wal-Mart exclusive) isn’t supposed to be out until November… it’s possible that it might break before then, but – that’s the only date I’ve ever seen.
Use your money in the interim to buy Masterpiece Skywarp. He’s better anyways. :tup:
I heard from a TF importer at SDCC that it’s Masterpiece Soundwave then Masterpiece Grimlock next. I don’t know how accurate it is - I haven’t seen that anywhere else, but – that’s what one importer says. =\

I’ll actually be in stateside in September, so I was hoping I could just waltz into a Walmart and pick one up. But is there actually going to be a Japanese version of the US colors too? That would be convenient for me.
Skywarp looks cool, but I was never that big of a fan of the character. Plus, if I pick up True Starscream, that’s two MP Seekers I’ll already have. My paint skills just aren’t good enough to attempt to turn MP Starscream into MP Thundercracker.
MP Soundwave = THANK THE GODS YES! :tup: That was one of the ones on my wishlist. Fuckin’ awesome. MP Grimlock…while cool, and I would definintely pick one up, I was still hoping for a MP Ironhide/Wheeljack/Ratchet/Astrotrain. It does kind of seem like they’re having licensing issues, or at the very least want to avoid it.
Having seen MP Starscream (anime coloring) at BotCon… I almost sold my original Japanese release on the spot.
Don’t pass the US release up when you see it on the shelves people…the way distribution has been lately coupled with the popularity of the franchise, you may end up paying a permium on eBay if you don’t act.
Exactly. The worst part about it is that I’m going to be out of the states when it comes out. Hopefully I can either shop from online overseas or either have someone pick it up for me.

I know that so many people recognize Starscream, he’s going to be sold out INSTANTLY, especially at only $60. And then I have a feeling that they might follow up with Skywarp, but we’ll see.
I’ve got a few good friends on seibs site that will make sure I land Screamer, plus I have generally good luck with WalMarts.
If need be, when Starscream is released, let me know and I’ll see about picking a few up and hold one for you.

I bought Classics Rodimus yesterday and Classics Jetfire today, opened both today, and both are great.
Kinda mad now that a few weeks ago I had both Classics Ramjet and Starscream in my hands at the local TRU only to put them down and not care about them.
Now I want them back. lol
Ugh, I should ask when that TRU gets new shipments.
You should be able to find Ramjet in some of the slower moving WalMarts.
I may have an extra Ramjet (opened) around here somewhere…
