I tried the Avatar Korra game finally.
Dang she gets way more evasive options than Prime and the boys, when she may not really need them. They just get a combat roll, jump+roll, or transform --float like they need time to change and carry momentum away a bit. Her counters are also interesting, giving more direct control than Raiden has to time a perfect swing and also hitbox the right spot.
TMNT game kinda didn’t work out as well from what I’ve heard.
Makes you wonder if they can combine the weapon works and impact they did in this one with what they learned making that one-Korra not TMNT, and maybe better fluid speed of MGS RAIDEN REVENGEANCE. Building like the Dynasty Warriors group slowly does always taking advancements for the better into the next successive game, even if its in a different series. & what series will they get a license for next, or maybe take a stab at their own characters again.
Their website as it led up to the game release for MAX ANARCHY REIGNS had plenty of dev interviews and concept art to show the world building. & online only multiplayer limited how long the game could be played, as with any online multiplayer that comes and goes no matter how enthralling due to you need people to stick with it. While they do all this good single player stuff so bridging that gap is also a contentious issue and doesn’t seem like it would be too major to leave it out again.
