I don’t hate #2, but I still can’t seem to like it after watching it 3 times now. Just too much shit going on, and it was a little too long. It still wasn’t horrible as some of you would put it. I say it a 7/10.

I loved both movies…ya’ll are hoping for stuff you should know will never be.
I love the first TF movie because it did a great job bringing the Autobots and Decepticons to life, but it also has heart. Sure, the Autobots and Decepticons could have gotten more screen time, but I still enjoyed the movie as a whole. However, the second movie was a straight-up assault to my senses with no sense of remorse… And I LOVED every second of it! Well, every second that didn’t involve things humping other things, an illiterate Skids and Mudflap, and Jon Turturro’s ass (DA-NAAAAA!). Seriously, I like both movies and people who question that should know that I saw these movies for the sake of watching giant robots kick the slag out of each other and that’s exactly what I got.
BTW, I’m looking forward to the third film, but we BETTER get some DINOBOTS this time!

My wife and I did some shrooms and watched that animated movie on our HDTV - it was a trip.
So I’m reading this supposedly leaked TF3 script found at TFW2005.com. Even though this is probably some TF fans wet dream and is most likely fake, the writer is trying desperately to turn this into a Gen.1 movie.

- Same for the Decepticons. Thundercracker and Skywarp show right up along with Soundwave and Laserbeak and the Combaticons.
- The Ark crash lands on Earth along with the Decepticon ship in the water.
- Starscream is an F-15 with blue and red highlights!!!
- Prime is back to a flat-nosed 18-Wheeler truck and trailer!!!
- Megatron is a tank with a arm-mounted cannon.
- Shit isn’t exploding in every other scene.
- So far no product endorsement abuse either.

I’m only 57 pages into it but it’s already better than the last two movies. If this were to somehow become the actual scrip and isn’t changed too much from this draft, then I’ll be waiting in line to see this movie.

I read the whole script. This isn’t fake. Ehren Kruger is a veteran in the film industry and the script is too long and professional to be fake.
The story in this one is much better than Revenge of the Fallen. I actually liked the idea of the Fallen and Primes, but the execution was poor and the story really fucking dragged, especially after Prime died. In this one, the story is simple, but I didn’t like the action. I’m a fan of the big explosions and robot-on-robot action. And this draft doesn’t have enough of either.
I’ve skimmed a few pages myself and it does read like a wet dream.

All of the Transformers have to be old school. If you read the script it will make sense.
Time warp back to 1982… need to fit into current vehicle designs… very happy with this script.
I didn’t follow the shitstorm that went down with Michael Bay dissing G1, but wasn’t it well established that Michael Bay, well, has this well publicized contempt for G1? If so, doesn’t this all sound a little too good to be true?
