I’ve been playing SF4 since SSF4 but I still do not know how to fully use the abilities of the training room.

I only use the training room for combo training.

How do you guys use the training room to find new tech ?

Is there anyway to practice tech-throw ?

You can use the record function to test set-ups and unblockables. You can use the random counter hit function to learn to react to counter hits. You can use the random block function to practice hit-confirms. I’ve seen Valle record constant crouch-tech’ing to practice traps. As for tech’ing throws, maybe you can record the situations where you see that your timing is off and then practice tech’ing.
