"Train harder!" - Ibuki Street Fighter V Discussion

And she will continue to have low life, until the day she graduates from school.

Guessing despite her multiple jump arcs and her airdash and command dash, her mobility isnt maxed out because of slow walk speed :disappointed:

Ibuki taught me how to play low health characters early. Just…don’t…get…hit

900 health Ibuki that’s pretty much a guarantee she’ll be strong.

female = 950 tops. why would they give her 950, she is no rmika

Laura has 1,000 health. She’s considered more of a brawler like Makoto was.

i meant female as tiny ibuki-like character. she is a little schoolgirl with projectiles, why give her health. she is no brawler

Ah ok, guess that makes sense.

How do people draw so fast??? Damn. Hopefully I get mine sorted out -_-

You can’t hit her anyway, she’ll just turn into a log.

LOL Ibuki trolling folks with a log

Ibuki’s kunai probably work on a 2, 4, 6 basis.

Light = 2
Medium = 4
Heavy = 6

If you have less than the amount required, I assume it just unloads your remaining kunai.

and how you choose a direction then? in video you can clearly see down-forward (air only i guess) , but on the ground you can do forward and up-forward
0:43 its definitely upforward, guile gets hit in the head

Buttons

if lp mp hp regulate kunai amount, and EX is kunai with a bomb, the only way is different command inputs

I think its:
qcf+LP: One kunai angled slightly downwards. You can see this during one of the bomb combos
qcf+MP: 3 kunais angled upwards. Shown during the same combo
qcf+HP: throws all remaining kunais in a straight line.

btw i just noticed she even has 2 different mass air kunai variants.
one is spread out covering a lot of ground, another one is 2 straight lines 3+3 kunais

Maybe they use the extra time to fix her maskless face

Yes, in the video there are 2 kunai formations.@0:17 (ground and aerial version) kunais in a more scattered pattern(1 kunai per line).@0:18-0:19 a two line stream of kunais(ground and aerial version) is being thrown.
Also according to Capcom’s Ibuki description:
"Kunais have also been a cornerstone of her playstyle, but now players will have to be much more strategic in their use as she can only stock five six at a time before she has to quickly obtain another set."
Probably we are able to get “infinite” kunai sets per round,but if we are out of kunais she must reload,like @0:15 of the video.
Also i like that the Estate at Noon is the only stage that doesn’t have these annoying Capcom npcs.Also sucks that this may not be Ibuki’s theme in the trailer.

I liked it as her theme,but could be that it probably cuts off before the trailer part(?)

Soooo, i was too early with the avatar switch then, fuck. Goddammit Capcom.

The song in the trailer is probably the daylight kanzuka estate stage theme
