These games are before your time son =) I’ll be honest, for you guyz to get past the bubble stage, you are going to have to shoot less and at least have a wait level of 2. Only the true hardcore can handle no wait level. Myself and old skool Gerald Guess (seattle old skool homie) Destroy shooters on a regular basis. It may take me a few days to get back up to par, but if u at least like to see level 3, ill hook u up for 20 bucks =) Showing u the secret of beating the game, nah…grow some balls and beast! you will need at least 7 lives and you cant die until level 5. Thats a safe dying zone.

Honestly, if you can beat Gradius 3 Arcade, then you should automatically qualify for the Video Game Hall of Fame (if there is one). SNES version is fun, but the Arcade will literally humble, and make a man out of you. The game doesn’t even have continues.
Hey, Cole. Are you talking about the Moai stage? What part are you talking about, because if you die right before the spinning Moai heads, you’re screwed. In general, if you die once, you’re screwed. Except at the exact near end of the game.
if u die near the end of that stage, u are fucked and it will take tremendous amount of skill to beat. If you die at the beggining or in the middle, you are alright just because there is a constant supply of power ups, so by the time u make it to the boss u will be full again and ready to go.
Game is so gross, definitely no easy task.

Who’s looking for a partner for the 3v3? I’d like to get in on this, as I’ve been grinding pretty hard recently, like to see the results in the finals.
So if ssf4 starts at 4, when will sign ups start? This will also be my first tourney, just looking to get my feet wet in the scene.
JP, The joke regarding the tourney starting at 4PM is on “Cole time”, meaning it probably won’t start till about 6PM (Least I hope, because that’s when I’ll be pulling into the parking lot).
