*Changes to the OCV point system.

jessie i see no purpose to promoting tw in cali. It seems like bragging to me. what is the purpose of letting cali peeps know about tw. a league played in SEATTLE?
a better and more concise way to promote a local gaming league would be a back window decal for your car.
I think a design with a BIG sf4 logo, with www.tournamentwars.com would be good way to advertise.
- directly markets to people with an interest in sf4.
- cheap.
- if car is parked in high volume area. ie. franks work. (great place to advertise!)
and the more people with decals, the better.
