ok so im gonna have to lay it all out. last nights numbers werent great. at all. i understand 3 teams out of 7 matches had double headers, so i know they didnt want to drink too much. but, remember, this is FREE. remember the 2 drink minimum?? well, we got rid of that and decided on a book drive. people brought in books. cool. but how many were brought in last night? so this is just a free spot to kick and have MY GIRLFRIEND work 12 hours for?? fuck that. oh and theyre buying a hot dog machine for US? but now were not even abiding by the agreed upon terms?? things need to shape up before they decide to say fuck it.
Honestly, I think having a chunk of the money go towards venue/etc would be a lot better and more consistent than trying to get everyone to drink a lot. It sounds lame but I know I can’t afford to spend 20$+ every weekend.
Though so far I have been trying to spend around that even though I’m broke as fuck.

If you’re not going to be at tournament wars on the 14th, better find a way to get to me or to get your money to me through another person. I need the entry fees so I can start shopping around for medals and other things.
rules state:
If you do not pay by Nov. 14th, or come up with a payment plan you will be DQ’d from TW’s. Your team cannot replace you. And no refunds after Nov. 14th.
That’s how leagues run, it’s a commitment of your time. Not something where if you get your ass handed to you you can bow out.

kkf theyre working on doing a pizza thing too but the hot dog thing should start this week. it’s not a big travel season so the hotel isnt selling out as often, and business is slow everywhere you go so bw doesnt have the budget to keep a kitchen staff and bar open plus pay overtime so the quick fix is cheap easy fast food. i understand tho, after being somewhere for a couple hours you might want more of a meal or something more filling than a hotdog.
it sucks but the venue is free. i dont think anyone wants the hotel to take a cut of the prize money so thats why we’re tryna say drink up, bring childrens books, and the more the numbers increase then the more likely they will be to support this and work with you guys. at the end of the day the place is a business and needs to make money, it is not someones house.
if they dont even make enough money to justify keeping fae late so the event can happen, then we’re gonna have to find a new place to throw this
side note: the soda is not free, talk to frank first or go to fae in the bar. even though we missed quota, a couple more drinks will help make a difference. i thank everyone who put in for the tip jar, but if you meant that money to go for your soda you gotta tell frank or fae that first so she can ring it up.

I think a good idea would be to shut off that satellite fountain and charge people full price for sodas. So many people just sitting there w/o any drinks in front of them.

Man…I was so pissed at how I played. So fing gross. Guess an excuse was that is was 3am and I was 5 or 6 beers into it, but that gameplay was nasty lol. Good experience, though. Definately feeling the eyes watching the gameplay…and the place was onlhy 1/4 of the way full lol.
