Tournament Interest Thread NJ/PA/NY/VA

Hi guys.

I am planning a UMVC3 Tournament on August 24th, 2012 at my House in East Windsor, NJ.
This is the day before Summer Jam. I am purposely doing this so that you guys can get some last minute tournament practice before you head to Philly for Summer Jam 5.

So that I can finalize tournament details, I wanted to post what is set in stone and what is up in the air.

SET IN STONE
Event Date; August 24th, 2012
Where; East Windsor, NJ (Exit 8 on the NJ Turnpike)
Start Time: 6PM
House Fee: $5 (THIS WILL NOT INCREASE * This is to cover Food and Drink that i will be providing)
Prize Split: 70/20/10

Up in the Air
Entry Fee. Take part in the poll below. What is collectively agreed on will be Entry fee.
THIS WILL BE OPEN FOR 10 DAYS. ONCE THE POLL CLOSES FINAL RESULTS WILL BE POSTED

Anyone who’s really into Summer Jam will be arriving and doing casuals/partying on the Friday. You’re likely to only have a few folks who wanna go to a tourney/venue and not have that venue be philly

The date was something that my Mom and I agreed on. In a perfect world, I want it the week before Summer Jam but right now that is the date however, you do put up a very good point. With this in mind, the date may be Changed to the 18th (This is something I wanted in the first place) but I will see in the coming days.
