Tournament Edition S Fightstick input issues

I’ve just bought this stick about a week ago for £45 In a pawn shop (Pristine condition externally and fully boxed), But I’ve started running into a really inconsistent issue with the movement inputs getting stuck until I unplug the controller specifically on Tekken 7.

Sometimes I can play an hour or two worth of games without running into the issue after unplugging the controller and plugging It back In the issue can come back almost instantly after attempting to register inputs or not at all.

I’m not an expert on the technical side of things involving arcade sticks the only thing I’ve ever done Is changed the restrictor gate on a similar stick I was wondering If anybody knows what to look for if i wanted pop open the case and fix it myself?

See that switch at the top of the stick? Slide it to ‘DP’.

Aside from that… there could be anything wrong with it.

The switch has definitely always been on DP because if it isn’t I can’t even navigate the menus on T7 but thanks for the reply.

I’m only going by what I saw in your pic, dude, because it’s on ‘LS’ there.

Sorry if that comment across the wrong way I didn’t mean it to in hindsight It looks quite passive aggressive I apologize that wasn’t my intention.
