Tougeki/SBO 2010 Qualified Teams & Results

Hmm… the same team as last year.

I’m not surprised since they got 2nd.

If KO wants to win SBO then he needs to stop being the anchor. Too much pressure for him imo. He needs to OCV some teams in early rounds to boost his confidence. What happened against Rikimaru two years ago is not happening again.

OMG YOURE LYING!!! lol

Tokido is gonna need to stop playing sf4

we need a link for that one

Confirmed!

Tokido / Ochibi / Kenzooo
beat Yakkun / Vanao / Uraken to get the first Kanto spot (out of 3)

And totally unsurprisingly another godlike team got the first and only Kansai spot:

yep it’s Nuki / Kokujin / Haitani

Yup, all updated.

http://www.tougeki.com/prelim?id=4695 “KO Family” beat out the “Peach Power Boss” team in prelims, where Boss was using Makoto and Momochi was using Yun. According to the report, KO’s sense for parrying is mind-blowing lol.

thats what happen when you play sf4, you unlearn everything Momochi :arazz:

well tokido has been playin sf4 a bunch too. cant even remember if i saw him play 3s since last sbo

Boss (MA) / Momochi (YU) / Rikimaru (CH) too good a team to not to body their way in

Momochi is using Yun now? Oh snaps.

Oh yeah, they will without a doubt qualify sooner or later, no discussion.

I think Momochi and Boss should switch charaacters, just like last year.

Momochi > Boss, as far as Makoto goes, IMO.

maybe they wanted to change it up since they already won with those chars

I hope RX pulls off a good team this year. IMO he messed up against Ochibi last semis

I wish he woulda paired with Nuki and Kokujin for old times sake

Happen!

Momochi actually made it to Top4 with Yun for SBO '07, and he almost beat Matsuda’s team to go to the finals. That was arguably the hottest moment in 3S SBO that year, besides RX destroying Rikimaru.

And Yakkun and Take and Tokido and Nitto and…

…and Umezono and Nuki

All I remember from SBO '07 is RX. The beastings are pretty much all I remember from SBO. Last year it was Kuroda and the year before that it was Chinta.

I’ll agree that SBO '07 was the year that RX shined, but all I’m saying is there were plenty of other hot matches too, with my personal favorite being Matsuda’s team vs Momochi’s.

Definitely. SBO always has great matches, it’s just that the OCVs are the first thing that come to mind. I still remember that very impressive comeback Yamazaki pulled off against Naitsu’s Yun.
