I am working as fast as I can packing them up…
the 4th hole is slowing down progress because my drill press is not suitable for this type of work. worst case is all the 4th hole guys will be delayed

It’s ok for the cases with 4th hole to be delayed… just keep us updated (a picture or two of the cases would be nicer) :wgrin:

This is a full ms xbox360 wired controller hack. Left the triggers on for now. Please mind the messy wiring will clean up later. Also intend to shorten the usb cord.

Left the plexi plastic protective cover until testing is done and when/if I find a borderless digital printer.

cant you just print it alil bigger and then trim the sides off?
you need 11x17 for the next size up. if the printer support edge printing, letter size paper 11x8.5 will fit perfectly. the box size is 27.3cm x 21cm or 10.75in x 8.27 in.
