Of all the japanese top players, Tokido is the most “western/usa” I feel in personality. He’d totally fit in personality wise with east coast crowd especially. Dude is a smack talker who gets salty and says “just pickatoptier pickatoptier”

I wanna see Fuudo beat Kazunoko. Mostly because I want the top 4 to all be unsponsored players (hopefully get them sponsored soon) and because of all the people who have acted like Fei was dead. That said, I hope Haitani wins the whole thing. AFAIK this is the highest by far that any Makoto has made it in a major in the SF4 series, not even sure there have been any in top 8. At least Iyo took 3rd at Tougeki with Ibuki (teamed with Daigo’s Yun)

Haitani has the highest chance to win obviously, plus he’s considered as one of the “gods” for a reason.
As for highest by far for any makoto… Japan doesnt really have that many “major” tournaments to start with (SBO… thats it, well theres nationals but for AE2012 its going to be this March)…

Nope, im pretty sure thats not true(at least not officially).
I kind of think that Momochi suffered from the stupid online lag moreso than other players, since Cody’s gameplay is built around 1 frame links. Now that he gets to play offline we will finally get to see what Momochi and Cody are capable of doing.
