I wouldn’t say better really considering that that’s only 3 games. Still tons of shit that isn’t available on ZSNES (or is just vastly inferior on that platform), and SSF2 while good, is not ST.
Berserker’s a nice guy though. Used to LB with him back in the day.

Don’t think Ioriyk plays anymore but I’ve lost contact with him. Neverdone is clearly the best I’ve encountered online (even though he was mine and ioriyk’s bitch for a few months! haha you know I love you).

For kof98, not totally sure but evil ray comes to mind. Lots of guys were saying I was one of the best in 98, which is funny since i hardly play it. Serpent is probably among the top in it, not sure.

Edit: Also, you should consider that this list is only for…North America? Kaillera doesn’t only exist there. I’m sure most of the japanese kaillerians would own harder than the best Americans listed.

Top 5 in MvC would probably have to be T-Kimura, Magneto Maniac…and then I don’t know. I actually think Vice is incredibly overrated…I played him in kof98 and he claimed he was good, yet his strategies were non-existant, blamed his lack of strategies on the keyboard (wtf?). I don’t see how he could be good in MvC, unless all he does is infinites.

IM not so sure about Lando owning nagata and shikamaru?

i’ve beat him only like 5 times in 50 matches, but then i didn’t play as often. he used to enjoy both breaking the game and my confidence :sad:

The Garou rankings are pretty subjective. However, considering the tournament results and the fact I’ve played everyone there is to play on Kaillera, I’m pretty sure the top four break down like this:

Lando
Neverdone
Shikimaru

Note I said top 4 because there are TONS of players that are in the mid - top category. The ones that place top 8 time and time again in tournaments. The ones that I play and go 50/50 and I have to earn every single one of those wins. I think of players like:

Kicks
Ace Uno
TerryGarcia
Storm

They’re the guys I look forward to playing. The ones I know I won’t beat a lot but I’ll enjoy every loss.

BTW I am not top 5 online. I don’t even know if I’m top ten. What I am is consistent in my tourney ranks and adapt quickly in casual. So whoever game me props, much thanks, I do appreciate it.

I’ve never found Storm or Silence to be on that top tier level. I’d lump them in with the others that I found great opponents but not in that next tier.
