I’ve played the game. The only good competitive aspect about that game is being able to find good team chemistry based upon which classes you choose, and obviously the person you’ve teamed with. However, the game is built upon randomness. While swinging you can get random parrys, blocks, and etc based upon your opponents gear, and the games engine.
Not to mention the fact that all the knowledge you acquire in the game is only used in order to remember the correct sequence in button pressing you need to perform based upon the class you are fighting. The “strategy” is incredibly shallow because of this at least to me.
The game is gear based, and is as random as can be.
There is no correct sequence of winning. there is a correct sequence of immense damage output, that’s about akin to a combo. Yeah, there’s some randomness to it. But it’s no where near based on randomness. In the tournament settings where you actually win money in, everyone’s given the same amount of gear pretty much, with some options of custimization in it (but everyone has access to the same gear).
In the end, your post just kind of displays how little you really know about WoW arenas.
This is exactly the point. If you can’t tell that this thread is trollbait then I don’t know what else to say. I figured an " '03er ", or whatever you’d call it, would realize that by now.
Uhh Seoul’s not in North Korea. But some of the korean players I know who visited the US went to look around the arcades. They say the hype is just fake.
in terms of skill japan sf4 females shit on the rest of the us girl games for free unfortunately. Actually, one female actually got top 2 at tougeki this year (in Arcana Heart 2 tho…)still…goes to show you that girl games in the US skill wise have a long way to go unfortunately.
now if youre comparing looks, depends on if you ahve yellow fever or not…girl sagat player at bigbox imo is fucking gorgeous but i have yellow fever so w/e
Well this is what some of the Koreans in Seoul actually think about arcades in America. And you’re so quick to insult North Koreans. Even if North Korea and South Korea do not get along, do you know many people who live there are innocent and want to relocate and change. The leader and the people are not the same.
On topic though, do you have any proof that any of you can play competitively? I mean, you guys went all the way to call yourself top players? If you really have no value or enjoyment for the game, how can you say that?
The reason I bring up value and enjoyment is because I major in software and graphic design, and game designers create games such as these to be enjoyed for the effort they put into it, not so it can be flaunted and for people to trash talk on and place bets.
