Anyone know if http://store.steampowered.com/app/45792/ gives the Sagat skin on Steam with the long pants?

I’m not sure but the pack that contains all the alt costumes is -50% now and it’s a lot cheaper than on consoles.
I bought the pack and got all skins for Sagat, so it does give the one I wanted, nice.
Yes it does. Every balrog’s, sagat’s, vega’s and bison’s skins are there.
