That frame rate issue happened a few times on my friend’s Xbox but that’s the ONLY time I’ve seen it. Weird.
from watching on different setups at hastings, it seems to me like the ps3 version drops framerate pretty often compared to the xbox version.
Patrick put Josh out of MVC3. Pat put Pokchop in losers and Josh put him out in SF.

I was wrong about MVC3. Pat and Phil did not go immediately to losers. Pat won 2nd in MVC3 and I am not sure about Phil. Phil not Patrick put Pokchop in losers in MVC3 and Jake (my daughter’s boyfriend) put him out and placed 5th in MVC3. They did a SSFIV 3v3 GA vs TN and GA barely won the first match and Pokchop ocv’d the next one.
Eddie Mu (I think that is his last name) from GA won SF and MVC3. That guy is seriously crazy good. Josh, Pat and Phil said he played perfect and never missed a thing in MVC3. You guys have some serious competition there.
Oh and Jason, Josh used Fei Long throughout the tournament. He couldn’t hardly hit a thing on the PS3 using Rufus.
Phil and Patrick have forbidden Josh from using the xbox for SF this week up until FR. He is supposed to have daily SF training sessions on the PS3 until he gets his execution back with Rufus. 
I love those guys!! :lovin: I have been telling Josh for 2 weeks that he needed to do this but hey I am just Mom so what the hell do I know? LOL!!

The cop then assembles an arsenal and wages a one-man war in which many, many people (including civilians) die, and untold dollar amounts of property damage are done. People are getting capped and blown up like crazy.
When the dust settles, his captain tells him “That was the best god damn bit of police work I’ve ever seen,” and hands him his badge back. He’s then offered a promotion on the spot, which he promptly turns down, as the mean streets are where he belongs.
A saxophone plays. Retreating crane shot, roll credits, and prepare for the sequel, at which time the parts of the city blown up last time are magically fixed.
Anyone gonna be at GG tomorrow? I’ll probably be there around 3 to play Marvel.

internalburn and I are planning on heading up to Game Galaxy around 2-4ish tomorrow before going to see Clutch @ the Mercy Lounge at 8. Sorry I wasn’t too social, I was trying to help everything go smoothly.
That’s cool, Eugene. In retrospect, hosting a tournament a week before a local major probably wasn’t the best idea. We had several pad players though and this time there was no ‘Shinkuu Home-douken’ incidents. btw, that only happened at the first one in Dec. '09

is it just me or is the hardest part about mission mode in MvC3 is that they always want you to do jump-ins with the characters like WORST air move? >_>
Like they want me to jump in with Viper’s :h: … really??? That move has a high vertical hit box… wtf good is that for jump ins comared to jumping :s: which actually aims down?
edit: omfg I just spent like an hour trying to do her last mission literally getting EVERY SINGLE HIT cursing at the game for not telling me it was completed going “WHY IS IT NOT GIVING ME THE EFFING COMPLETION??? I DID IT!!!” …only to realize I was doing the wrong super at the end. HUUURRRRR DUUURRRRRRR
