I know Jason Wilson. He doesn’t know combos but he… pokes… like a truck?
GGs last night Srkfadc, Negro, and Raven. I wish I could’ve played a longer set but the wife came home.
And I needed to get that quality time in.
Lol yeah I saw that guy on xbl too.
I lol’d.

I don’t know frame data in any game. Hitboxes I do. There are “some” things for SFIV I know frame data on but they only relate to 3 frame moves but most of the stuff I can just “see” and figure out…other stuff is a little tricky (anyone with +frames on stuff, Cody’s crouching FP, Rose’s RH Soul Spiral, etc)
Why doesn’t he use Dhalsim in SF4 then? =) Oh wait…“truck” not “RC car”
Confirmation that Jason naturally sees the world around him in frame-date. Frame-o-vison?
“Hmm… Posting like this should allow for me to recover quickly enough to link it into sipping my beverage.”
I know very little frame data but i can actually see start up frames in SF4. My only problem is that my reaction time is always just a little too slow or my character does not have a move that will stop it so i have to block and punish. I can see ryu start to draw his hands back for a fireball and ultra that shit on reaction. Sagat messes with me with the feint HK and also Ken with his feint.
You’re never too young for a vietnam flashback

What is with all the front page filler these days on SRK? Today’s storyline is a head scratcher and for the life of me I can’t figure out why it is posted. It is being geared towards someone who watches those CW dramas that all got cancelled and were 115 in the Nielsen ratings…I “guess” it is news, but to whom?
I was the Bison player in the lobby. Do I play that much like Chris?
I guess you mean the thing with TwistedJago. I don’t care either.
This sponsorship thing has gotten out of hand anyway. Nearly everyone has a “team” and more than half of them couldn’t handle some of the top players in this state in the games they play. I can’t remember who was sponsored first as a fighting game player, but it was someone who was almost guaranteed fight money wherever he went, Daigo or Wong I think. Now it’s just a fad.
It made sense when Justin and Daigo were doing this for sure, but even top 8-16 at majors just isn’t going to cut it…the games are getting bigger now than they ever were and we really need to get some type of “league” season going officially (which is where all the sponsorship/money) will end up with singles/teams vs complete areas in season leagues but we have to get ALL the tournaments together to actually do this and not how this EVO “season” was done this year…
GGs to the 4 people that showed up to the marvel tourney that i didnt bring.
and to the dhalsim that played 3 games of AE.\
nashville, i am disappoint.
Am I the only one that had to highlight that text to read it?
All the Marvel players showed up after the tournament and after you left. It was pretty stupid.
On the other hand, shoutouts to GG for being ridiculously busy yesterday. Jason would’ve gotten a “foot traffic” boner if he was there. lol
It looks fine on my end. If it’s messed up for anyone else, I’ll dick with it and try to fix it up
Fuck SFIV as a staff, a record label, and as a motherfuckin crew…
until i get bored later on tonight and I force myself back online…
Yeah but I think far east coast (mainly New york) and west coast (mainly California) control most of the news outlets for the fighting game scene. Both coasts seem kinda egotistical and likely do not want to share the spotlight. I think what you are suggesting is for the best interest of the community, but will not happen for a long time.
Cali has been more than way than NYC even (egos) but it will always be that way…it does not affect the news as that is brought to you from wherever keits is (Wisconsin I believe)
The tournaments really just depend on EVO sitting down and going through this with everyone and getting contracts and all that to get this finalized…the EVO West/North/South stuff worked out well…
Ya this isnt the first post youve had for me that I had to highlight.
