So there was a guy at the tournament yesterday, kind of tall/big, hispanic looking with a black hat on. I would constantly hear him talk about how if the tournament was on PS3 he would rape, and how there would be a bigger turn out because more people played it on PS3.
I just thought to myself whatever, typical gamer talk yadda yadda yadda. Then he saw someone playing with Oni and asked me if he was banned from the tournament or banned from EVO. I just looked at him with a smile (knowing where this was going) and said “No, why would he be banned?”. He told me about how Oni is so OP and that he has an INFINITE. Obviously he doesnt, but I had to hear him explain this “infinite”. All he said was “It’s with the slashes”.
Im assuming this is what he meant.

LOL. Sounds like he was reading stream chat and doesn’t get that when ppl say “oni is banned” they are trolling!
He sounds like this one random here who talks about MvC3 infinites, and other shit like he knows what is actually going on, yet this guy loses even to me in MvC3. Smh.
Neoblood, that guy is from Clarksville, the Adon player, I know who you are talking about. He talked mad game when he was in here too awhile back, had to be PS3. He complained there was LAG on the PS3 on the trinitron NON HDTV. Shit was funny. He is a wake up move guy who doesn’t really play anything other than online and his combos won’t come out because he is used to HDTV and online.
Not sure why he bothers, he got called out last time and got rocked by me and Phil.
Hello everyone! I am new to the forums and wanted to say GG to everyone who came out for MWC this weekend (I was the scrubby Neon short for Neonbuster) but liked to thank everyone who sat down and helped me in AE and for the great matches on MvC3. I come up with Zicdeh and Boomcube alot and can’t wait to get some more play time in and to wash away all the scrubbyness on me. If anyone ever wants to play my call tag on Xbox are Neonbuster. Once again GG to all who came down to MWC and made it an amazing tourney.
Special shoutouts to everyone that came from far and wide to join us (Memphis, Arkansas, Kentucky, Damdai and the ST crew, etc.)
Thanks personally to GRam, Arson, Zack, Neonbuster, Chris “Hype on the MegaMic” Brown, Uncle Phil, Pat “Malicious Mak” Farr, Duckie, Storyteller, JFord, Dream, and Astaroth. All the AE, MVC and shit I played with all of you guys this weekend was just amazing.
Jason, you guys run one hell of a good tournament. You ever need help with these things in the future just lemme know. I’ll jump in with the rest of the Cookeville crew and help out anyway I can.
Jason, you, along with Richard, Chris B., Milln, and any other helping hands, all throw one hell of a tournament. Everything ran smoothly, and I’m sure everyone else thought the same. The turnout was impressive. Thanks for everyone’s hard work on setting up and getting things rolling.
To the TN players: Thanks for all of the support in Marvel. That much hype with so many people backing me up was awesome. Hell, towards the end, the Alabama crew and a few other out-of-staters were rooting for me. lol
Special shoutout to Jas. Your commentating of my matches was hilarious. “Fuck yo’ 8-character Phoenix team. Astaroth has Hulk, bitch” was a line I specifically remember. Nice job on getting the crowd hype.
In-depth shoutouts later. I’m too tired right now.
Neoblood: Ok, well, yeah, that is the same guy then =P
Hiryu: We also used to call wake up move guys “doers” as well. For example: He’s just a “doer”, etc. I mean, if he’s going to talk mad crap and not enter or play casuals it just doesn’t make any sense but nothing ever surprises me, lol…he’s come up before that with Calvin as well…I think he talked crap about MKII even, LOL
is that the guy that couldn’t figure out why he wasn’t allowed to sit down and play casual Tekken for free, even though the tourney hadn’t started yet?
Shout outs to everyone I meet this weekend. I had a great time playing with everyone. Also shoutouts to DreamTR for having a great arcade and supporting the community.
