Definitely looking forward to more Injustice tomorrow night!
Once I get Injustice and practice on it a while, I’ll finally be able to play something besides Marvel (and old games by myself…)
It takes getting used to, but it’s fairly easy to pick up and play. Main issue I had was getting past the different timing on cancel windows. @Squabbler: Reversals and wakeups are also very tight windows to do, as opposed to the giant reversal window in SF4. Meaties actually work in this game.
Also the meta is new and different characters are winning every event. There are good and bad matchups, of course. But the base game is simple enough that it is definitely possible to play 2 characters at a competitive level without spending hours upon hours in training mode.

sad the injustice setup didn’t have Batgirl so I didn’t get to play my Furreal™ character but it’s okay because Aquaman doesn’t take any effort to play

Tonight is gonna be my last fight night! I will be leaving for deployment this sunday June 02. I’ll be in cali for like a month or so and then im gone! Hopefully I get to see everyone before I leave!

GGs tonight to everyone I played. It feels good to jump back in after a 5-week hiatus. Dax, our sets in AE are always fun. Good stuff with Yang, stick with him - unless he gets shafted in the update hahaha.
GGs to Hakan player - I learned quite a bit about that matchup.
GGs to the Jackson player (Cody/AK/Viper) - you guys should come out more, although I can understand it being a pain since it’s an hour or so drive.

not really an established East TN scene. Closest scene to Knoxville would be Nashville but that is 2.5hrs down the road. There are plenty of players actually in East TN though, you could check testyourmight also for some stragglers and try to get some locals going.
