MEMPHIS FIGHT NIGHT ULTIMATE MVC3: Rukus vs James
I’ve decided to do no holds barred for a while and only play my main teams at fight night. Scissor kicks and lightning loops all around.
When he said he saw “srkfadc into red fireball in trial mode” I though for sec he saw me do red fireball in trail mode for a min I was WTF
Sorry about the confusion on that one.
So I played Injustice with Ernie yesterday. Messed around with Bane. He’s pretty fun. I can see how zoners would be annoying to play against but he does some good damage when he gets in. Maybe it’s because I main a character in another game who gets auto-nerfed for taking damage, but I don’t think the Venom weakness is too bad, you just have to use Venom very smartly.

Don’t do srk fadc red fireball to end a juggle combo unless you are trying to stun them. If you want a little extra damage, EX shoryuken ender does more and only takes one bar. The fireball ender does less damage but more stun.
I don’t know if I’ll be there tonight or not… so tired…

Honestly he feels like this game’s Abel. He has some stupid mix ups and his dash sets up all kinds of cross up stuff on wake up whether you roll or not. He has the dumbest/easiest corner dmg combo and it leads to another stupid situation on wake up. He just has to work really hard to get in and he has armor on nothing other than super. Sadly he has even less wake up than Able does. He is mad fun to play as though.
I’m still licking my woun—uh, I mean working late tonight, so I can’t make it.

So after trying the above discussion last night, the conclusion is that after red fireball, you need to do a HK demon flip: Palm - lands in front and is safe to 4-frame DPs; Kick - hits in front and isn’t safe from DPs.
Like Anthony said, it’s not really worth it unless you are trying to stun the opponent. 99% of the time, go for tatsu-sweep, or tatsu-SRK-safe jump/demon flip.
