Ok…now all of the bullshit games we’ve made challenges in, Shattered Soldier is a legit one to do MM runs in. It’s my top 5 ps2 games. Neo Contra sucked. Watch any cutscene for that game and laugh your ass off. Plus it wasn’t “Contra” at all besides Bill Rizer and a few references. Then the woman singing in the intro. Oh God.
But yea if you like Shattered Soldier, try Hard Corps: Uprising. It’s a dl game for PSN/Xbox Live. It is a successor type Contra game. Dunno how it fits into overall story but the main character is the final boss from another Contra game. Think of it as Guilty Gear/Blazblue meets Contra. Got air dashes and shit. Not as dark and weird as other Contras but I fe it’s top 3 Contras of all time along with Shattered Soldier and OG Hard Corps with the werewolf.
This being said, I challenge Richard and Jose to a Shattered Soldier MM at MBB.
