I’m going to spend a lot of time in Arcade/Training Mode to find what team/assists I like before going online with MvC3.

Of course I say this, and wake up actually sick as my reward.

L-y-c-a-n:

Holding a RR is NOTHING like holding a tournament on the same date. Again, there is alot of people here talking as if they have organized or even tried to put together a tournament. I also learned the hard way about organizing and planning. I have had to work things out with people from ATL and Chicago for holding a Memphis tournament, knowing that the Memphis tournament might not even be big.

As for KiT,
I personally announced I could not make it since I have been working every weekend for the past 3 months or so! Don’t know about anyone else but feeding my family and paying the bills comes first. I dont even know how KiT was even brought up but last I checked, I did not see alot of people last year when there was over $2,000 given away! Including you Chit! Again, a round RR has nothing to do with announcing 2 tournaments on the same date, in the same state!

Well you kinda made my point: Holding a RR is nothing. You can do that any time. You don’t need the moon to align with Sev’s house to do a RR. KiT was announced sometime in the summer. If you can’t make it, cool but it was unlikely anyone who played SF and went to Hastings was going to go. It’s not a thing to argue about but it was just an odd oversight cause it’s not like people were not talking about KiT weeks leading up to it.

And yeah, I didn’t go to KiT last year but I don’t even think I was active on the forums. I was playing fighters in a dorm room with like three people (by that time we were hardly getting together in Knoxville and I did not meet Josh until April or May 2010) which is not exactly training to play people for money.

:wow: What speed are you guys going? I make that trip in 6 hours if I do the speed limit the whole way.

Anybody making “teams” already for MvC3?

I just cracked open my PS3 MvC3 SE, case isn’t bad but the mini-comic is really short…

Now to play through it on PS3 again to unlock all the characters on it as well.
