Tips on Guile's 20th Trial?

For some reason I was able to complete all of Guile’s Trials but the 20th one, anyone kind enough to offer me some tips and possibly the input?

Im guessing you are talking about the Sonic Boom to Double Flash. What you do is, immediately after the Sonic Boom you input motion for the super. Should look something like this:

:db:(charge):r:+:p::db::uf:+:k:
You can also do a 360 + :k:, in place of :db::uf:+:k:

The combo is:
fa c.lp c.mp sb xx super u2

If the problem is the last half, you should have searched the combo thread or the questions thread. In the spirit of Friday night, however, I’ll spare you my normal rant.
db fa3 (dash-in db) c.lp c.mp (f+p db uf+k db) -wait- df db uf+kkk

The part in brackets is performed very quickly. You can roll your stick or pad through the relevant positions if you prefer.

I hate the twentieth trial of Guile’s. I’ve still haven’t done it right myself but one thing I know is that you cannot do the Sonic Hurricane against the ends of the screen. It flies off the edges, rendering it useless to combo after the super. And just to correct syngin, since it’s sonic hurricane and not flash explosion, it’s charge b, f, b, f+PPP done soon after super. Use lk version of the super to allow more time for you to land ultra2.

I had trouble with the combo that has like 4 standinj jabs to ex sonic boom. to me that was the hardest.

Yea I’m having trouble connecting the sonic boom to the double flash. I can do flash to super by itself, but for some reason I can’t do it in this trial.

What he said and what the video showed. It was easier to pull it off that way. Plus, hold the UB when the super activates and bring it from UB to B to DB to keep the charge during the super’s animation. Then as you come out of the super…ultra him for completion. I just did it 5 minutes ago in 2 tries to a state of shock and relief. :bgrin:

Thread helped a lot. One thing that made the trial easier for me was to negative edge the sonic boom from the c.MP. I was getting the cancel into super about 90% of the time doing that.
