Tips for Rushdown Vs. BH-style keepaway?

Could someone throw out some tips to keeping on top of keepaway characters (BH in particular) with Magneto, or any rusher?

My problem is, my friend can’t perform combos, so he uses crossups and keepaway strategies to keep my Mag from rushing him. Since he’s the only competition I have (besides the computer, yay) my versus skills have plateaued.

wave dash so if he goes up throwing demons, you’ll be under him…do a crossover tri jump… do it 3 times then lauch to rom… rom till 40 hits then crossover launch to shockwave…he’s dead… do lots of mix-ups… variations like cr lk, tj hk, crlk, tj hk, tj hk, whatever you like…
