hey tyram… since the tourney is on sunday… hows the time frame looking… because i know they close earlier… are we still going to be o.k. because if it starts at 3 then we have only 4 hours… so it’s like major crunch time. seriously
well its worked great so far so we will see what happens i guess. the manager said that if things go bad for us on sundays then he will move the tourney back to sat. but for now everything seems fine. only time will tell.
lol, I think I’m going Matrix or Santhrax. I’ve used Cyke a lot more in the past and think I can pull more out of him as a single character than CapCom, but we’ll see.
I am getting exited for this shit… some of us that play at Newark Tilt are coming to settle the score once and for all…(we shall se wich tilt players are betta) hahaha i think Im getting carried away…
I know I feel stupid for asking but wat are tilt players? I’m new to this stuff. Is that like a certain group or something or like a national tournament thing?
lol its cool man welcome to the scene. we are called tilt players because the arcade that we all play at is called “TILT”. newpark mall has a tilt and Westfield shopping town has a Tilt which is located in Fairfield. thats all it is. There are Tilt arcades all over the U.S you just have to find them.

wow I’m still new to all of the abbreviations here. After trying to figure out wat 3s and t5dr meant I kind of just stop trying to figure it out and just started asking so I wouldn’t get fustrated w/ it. I know now that 3s = street figher 3:3rd strike and T5dr = tekken 5 dark resurection.
:lol: wat is weird is that I’ve only really played king of fighters characters in CvS 2 and more recently I’ve played KoF (forgot which one there’re all pretty similar to me) and I did pretty good so I guess I play it just not the 3-d ones b/c those suck in my opinion :wasted: .
So yes I guess I play it. My friend really likes that series although I beat him in it when I play normally.
I really :lovin: competing and playing watever game is popular (as long as it’s good) and if I suck at it I try to get better at it so I can pretty much play watever although one game I really want to play in tournaments for $ is smash bros melee (or smash on 64).
Also I’m not a big fan of arcades so I try to look for console tournaments and the closer the better (trying to save on gas money:lol: ).
i really really want to go to this, hopefully i can get down there, looking for some comp
not to start anything but if there are any hardcore or just people that play Capcom vs SNK 2 check out the CvS 2 tournament in hayward under thread “Great CvS 2 tournament on May 8th, North Cali.” There is some good competition there.
