Or do we just pay the venue fee and the day of get into the tournaments we want? I haven’t been to a bigger event like this so trying to clear details.

Nobody’s commented on Marvel yet, so there’s probably low interest in the tourney, but here’s some of my thoughts (I discussed this with Ikonz on the phone, but figured I’d share)
Dreamcast vs 360 -
Since the first thread has said MvC2 is on 360 for a while, I think it’s too late to change at the last second. What I propose, is that if both players would rather play on Dreamcast, run it on Dreamcast. I’ll have a copy or two for both systems floating around, so this won’t be an issue.
Also:
If there’s interest I’ll run a low tier MvC2 as well. I like the ratio system so we’ll use that.
For your convenience:
Red X characters are banned
Green box characters are ratio 2
Unmarked characters are ratio 1
Your team may consist of no more than one ratio 2 character, and must be made up of all different characters.
