Tiger Knee Cannon Strike (TK CS) Study

I found that 360 input works quite well for lowest height Cannon Strikes a few days ago. Was surprised at first, but then it made complete sense.

Yeah it’s a physical slow down that helps. When I’m like “oh fuck I need to dive kick quick” thinking about doing the spd motion forces me to take that extra time to not hit it too fast. It’s especially helpful if you did a few EX versions prior to that as well. I now try to do spd for regular and tk for ex all the time so I have a physical and mental difference between the two even though they’re the same special. It’s helped with the drops.

So…cammy can negative edge divekicks. Trying to see how to consistently go about it.

This is nice because you could technically get to chances at a divekick, one negative edge and the one a regular one if it doesn’t come out; could do a regular jump in if you wanted.

Edit: this also means she can negative edge EX divekick which is kinda cool.

Are you doing kind of a reverse plink? Hold the kick, jump, let go, quickly press another button?

hold the kick, jump do the motion and let go. Having a bit of a shit time trying to get the timing of the 2149 input so it’ll be a be bit before I can say you can do it that way.

But you’re pressing another kick after you let go of kick, right? Or does negative edge count as two inputs?

negative edge is when you let go of a button do a special move. so if you negative edge a divekick and it doesn’t come out, it means you just get an empty jump. so if that happens then you can decide to input divekick or just do a regular jump.
